What’s Included:
Premium Weekly Maintenance: Unlike standard monthly checks, your hive is inspected every 7 to 10 days by a professional beekeeper. This high-frequency schedule ensures optimal health and prevents swarming.
Temperament & Stock Guarantee: We prioritize safety and enjoyment. If a colony becomes aggressive or fails to thrive, we immediately intervene with gentle, robust stock from our own apiary. You never have to worry about "hot" hives or managing a dying colony.
Guaranteed Local Honey Harvest: You will receive a share of the season's golden harvest! While we prioritize the bees' winter needs first, we guarantee you will receive local honey—either directly from your hive or supplemented by our main apiary if your specific colony needs to keep their stores.
Interactive "Window" Equipment: The setup includes a specialized 10-frame deep box with a viewing window, honey super, hive stand, screened bottom board, and telescoping top. This allows you to safely observe the colony's internal activity without opening the hive.
Complete Management: We handle all medication, feeding, and equipment adjustments. You simply enjoy the bees in your garden.
Hive and bees will be removed in September to be taken care of in the San Francisco Peaks Apiary over winter. Hive and bees can be returned the following season for a discounted subscription.
Getting ready for the 2026 bee season! To ensure we can prepare your bees and hives on time, a one-month subscription deposit is required upon sign-up. This deposit is credited to your account and will cover your final month of the season or be refunded to you. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
